Appointments: A valid contact is required to book. Some services may require a deposit.
Cancellations: We require 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may be charged up to 50%, and no-shows will be charged 100%.
Late Arrivals: If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled, but full charges may still apply.
Payments: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept [list payment methods]. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Refunds: All services are non-refundable. If something isn’t right, let us know within 48 hours and we’ll do our best to adjust.
Products: Products may be exchanged if unopened and returned within 7 days with a receipt.
Health & Safety: Please share any allergies or conditions before your service. We may refuse service if it could risk your safety.
Belongings: We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

Refunds & Adjustments Policy

At Luxe Lengths STL we take pride in the quality of our work and services. Please review our policy:

Services: All services are non-refundable. If you are not fully satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will gladly schedule an adjustment at no extra cost.
Products: Retail products may be exchanged only if they are unopened, unused, and returned within 7 days of purchase with a receipt. Refunds are not offered.
Adjustments: Adjustments must be scheduled with the original stylist/technician. Requests made after 48 hours will be considered a new service and charged accordingly.
